Unexpected Productions: Seattle

The Seattle International Comedy Competition stops in to Unexpected Productions for the first week of Preliminaries. The show features 16 comedians from around North America competing for just five chances to advance to the Semifinals. The rest go home. Since Unexpected Productions hosts both weeks of the Preliminaries, it gives you a chance to see the best in emerging comedy talent.

This event truly is the “Last Comic Standing”. The Competition attracts comedians from across North America and beyond. This event is one of the most prestigious comedy events in North America, launching the careers of people like Mitch Hedberg. It is an outrageously funny evening, where you will see the comedy stars of tomorrow competing for their chance at fame and fortune. Hundreds of comedians audition each year to compete, but only 32 comedians are chosen.
