The 44th Seattle International Comedy Competition heads to North Bend for a night four of the preliminaries. 16 comedians battle for the night’s highest score and an opportunity for a shot at cash and prizes. The pressure is on as the comedians take the stage with only five advancing to the Semifinals.
This event truly is the “Last Comic Standing”. The Competition attracts comedians from across North America and beyond. This event is one of the most prestigious comedy events in North America, launching the careers of people like Mitch Hedberg. It’s an outrageously funny evening, where you will see the comedy stars of tomorrow competing for their chance at fame and fortune. Hundreds of comedians audition each year to compete. Only 32 are chosen.
The historic North Bend Theatre is a renovated movie house equipped for 4K digital video projection. Independent circa-1941 movie house with art deco look offering first run movies and special programs.
