The Semifinals move the Washington Center for the Perfoming Arts with the top ten comedians of the Competition. This show features emerging comedy talent from across North America.
Judges score the comedians, and the audience adds one crucial role: the better the response, the higher the score. There are only five slots to advance to the Finals, so the comedians have to make every show count. This show sells out well in advance, so get your tickets now!
Washington Center hosts a wide variety of live performances are presented seasonally in a big arts center with vaudeville roots, like standup comedy.

It’s an outrageously funny evening, where you will see the comedy stars of tomorrow competing for their chance at fame and fortune. Hundreds of comedians audition each year to compete. Only 32 are chosen.
