He shined week after week\, making it all the way to the finals and taking home second place! This stunning feat was accomplished by one of his IDOLs the legendary Robin Williams in 1976 and has been a dream of his. \n\n\n\nHis joy for amusing others and desire to help people to laugh more began while James was serving in the United States Military. During his tours\, James’ alluring nature\, class clown persona and unparalleled public speaking abilities made him the go to person for on-base events. Throughout his 8 years of service\, he hosted countless retirement ceremonies\, promotion celebrations\, change of command observations and many other functions. DESCRIPTION:Kermet Apio \nComedy legend Kermet Apio comes for one night to the Kelso Theater Pub. Kermet did his first open mike night at the Comedy Underground in Seattle. Comedy was a fun hobby. In May of 1990\, he quit his job\, said good bye to health care and benefits\, and took the leap to performing full time. It is still his only job skill. \nHe was the winner of the 2009 Great American Comedy Festival and has had numerous appearances on television and radio. He has showcased at comedy festivals in Aspen\, Las Vegas\, and Vancouver and has performed in 47 states and 3 Canadian provinces. He is a past winner of the Seattle Comedy Competition and was a semi-finalist in the San Francisco Comedy Competition. \n“Kermet Apio Is an Undisputable Genius of Comedy” – The Stranger \nOrder Tickets\n  \nTaylor Clark \nTaylor Clark is credited with being the first stand-up comic to have ever broken through in comedy via skateboarding. \nHe recently recorded his first comedy special and is the talent director for Seattle International Comedy Competition.
