DESCRIPTION:Week one of the 44th Seattle International Comedy Competition returns to Unexpected Productions\, the heart of improv in Seattle. This show has 16 different comics from across North America. \nThey compete for just five chances to advance to the Semifinals. There is over $16\,000 in prize money on the line. The judges\, including entertainment industry professionals and media personalities\, score the performances along with audience reactions to determine the winners. \nSince 1983\, Unexpected Productions has been dedicated to promoting the art and spirit of improvisation.
