The 38th Annual Seattle International Comedy Competition returned to the Columbia City Theater for a really great show. The venue itself is a visual treat of brick and warm woods and a really enthusiastic crowd.
We’re not supposed to hand out the obvious encore point to a comic unless they have sustained applause and the crowd was determined to make sure every performer got the point. It helps when you have a really strong field of funny comedians.
