Dan Hurwitz is a disabled, Black, and Jewish comedian from Seattle, who has been making audiences laugh since 2017.
Dan was a semifinalist in both the Standup NBC and Laughs Comedy Club standup competitions, both in 2019. Since 2019 he has hosted “The Beacon Hill News,” a monthly, hyper-local, news satire segment about the Beacon Hill neighborhood in Seattle where he lives. Dan recently co-wrote, co-directed, and co-starred in a film, “This Is Spinal Injury,” that will debut at Northwest Film Forum’s Local Sightings film festival this September.
